This dual specialists' office was in a pre-war building that combined tall ceilings, oversized windows and a fireplace, all within 1400 square feet.

PGA's design created a waiting area, administrative office, lab, X-ray room, two consultation rooms and two exam rooms in this small space.

The result is a distinguished and comfortable medical suite with no feeling of crowding.
